Lisa lives and works in Seattle Washington where she wears a number of hats, including:
  • Managing complex system implementations and process improvement programs (currently at the City of Seattle, but previously in higher education and before that for state and federal governments, utilities, non-profits and an array of corporations as a management consultant)
  • Championing stakeholder and volunteer engagement strategies and plans (both in mywork related to system implementation and process improvement as well as for the Woodland Park Zoo)
  • Collaborating with and training science educators to have high impact interactions with visitors (and each other!) at the Woodland Park Zoo
All of these endeavors benefit from using the Improv toolkit to enhance listening, collaboration, and intentional risk taking.
Lisa excels at finding ways of bringing groups together from within and across organizations for problem solving and strategic planning. Further, she has a passion for connecting people and helping others plan impactful events, projects, or consulting engagements.
